Enjoy the spacious comfort of our 108m² standard 2-bedroom villa, featuring a courtyard/garden outlook and an outdoor entertaining patio. The villa is all on one level and offers a King-size bed and 2 Single beds, complemented by an en-suite bathroom and a second separate bathroom. In the modern kitchen, guests will find a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The villa also has air-conditioning in the living area, ceiling fans, a spacious living area with a TV, and dining suite. The villa includes a European-style laundry with a tub, washing machine, and dryer for added convenience. For security, guests have access to a double lock-up garage with internal entry to the villa.

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience overall. The rooms were impressively spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax after a day out. The location is outstanding—close to St Kilda Beach, Chapel Street shopping, and with convenient transport links to the CBD, the Tennis Centre, and the MCG. The surrounding area is flat and easy to walk around, making it perfect for exploring on foot. There are also BYO liquor stores nearby, which is a handy bonus. The hotel itself feels both luxurious and quiet, providing a peaceful and enjoyable stay. Service was solid, the rooms were great, and the location was unbeatable. Would happily stay again!
